Hello, thanks for visiting my site.
I'm originally from South Africa and bring 19+ years of global advertising experience, creating work that connects across cultures and industries. I've worked across big network agencies, in-house teams, and independent creative shops, building award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized brands—Popeyes, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Burger King, SAB Miller Breweries, Pampers, Samsung, Cadbury’s, and the AdCouncil, to name a few.
Along the way, my work’s been recognized at Cannes, Clios, D&AD, the Addys, NY Festival, London International, Webbys, and The One Show. But what really drives me is building and nurturing great creative teams. Becoming a parent shifted how I lead—reminding me that a successful creative career and a healthy, full life shouldn’t be at odds. Our industry has too often worn burnout as a badge of honor. I want to model a different way forward.
I mentor young creatives through programs like The One Show and the University of Michigan, and I’m especially passionate about advocating for talent that too often gets overlooked.
My goal is to be the kind of leader I once sought—someone who sees potential and creates space for it to thrive.
I’m all about building teams that push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and create work that actually resonates. As I look toward what’s next, I’m excited to find a role where I can drive bold, meaningful creativity, foster a culture of inclusivity, and help shape the next generation of creative leaders.
If you're interested in conversations about ideas, leadership, or creating better spaces for brilliant, diverse minds, I’d love to connect.
